We are a team of mortgage specialists who average over 5 years as mortgage specialists, have an average of 13 years experience with Canadian Financial Institutions. Many of our senior mortgage specialists have over 20 years of mortgage experience. Since 2000 Global has become the "largest, broker owned mortgage company exclusive to British Columbia".

Our job is to find the best lender to suit your needs,…the best rate and the best product that provides the most flexible options. Daily contact with most of the top lenders in our field ensures us of timely turn around. We arrange financing for all mortgage needs, first time buyers, repeat buyers, renovations, refinancing of existing properties for a variety of needs (such as revenue properties or investment). We assemble specially tailored programs for self employed clients, business owners, contract workers, high profile clientele, new immigrants to Canada and off shore purchasers; for the purpose of purchasing or refinancing.

In each of these transactions, we work for you, with your best interest in mind. Once your financing is approved, in most cases we are paid by the lender for the mortgage referral. Occasionally, brokerage fees apply, but are discussed with you in advance of proceeding.
